How to Enroll

  • Sign up for Independent Bank's Online Banking if you haven't done so already.
  • Click here and fill out the informational form.
  • A customer service representative will then reach out to you via phone to confirm your identity.

After Speaking with Our Customer Service Representative

  • Open your Quicken software to enroll your account(s).
  • Select Independent Bank, TN as your Financial Institution.
  • Enter your Independent Bank Online username and the PIN number provided by our customer service representative.

Pay your bills online or from your mobile device

Use Bill Pay to easily pay your bills and track payment history in one, secure place. You decide who, when, how much and how often. The added convenience of mobile Bill Pay allows you to also pay bills on the go using your smartphone or tablet. Bill Pay includes our Bill Pay Payment Guarantee - your payments will be sent as scheduled.

Make recurring payments with your debit card

Use your Wells Fargo Debit Card to pay bills such as utilities and other services, club membership dues, and more.
